Copper Cactus Veterinary Care, is a fully mobile veterinary practice dedicated to providing convenient care for your furry friends in the comfort of your own home.

To ensure that appointments run smoothly and efficiently, we kindly request just a few things from our human handlers.

• Please have all animals haltered or safely caught prior to our arrival.

• Please have any relevant information about your pet readily available, including medical history and any specific concerns you may have. This will help us better assess and address your pet's needs during the appointment.

• We take all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, personal checks, Apple Pay, and Care Credit and ask that you have payment ready at time of service.

• Unfortunately, when patients are not available at the assigned appointment time it can effect an entire schedule and all of the appointments coming after yours. To avoid diminished care due to time constraints please be available at the scheduled time.

*Please note that while we strive to adhere to scheduled appointment times, the unpredictable nature of working with animals may cause slight delays. Our team may arrive up to 20 minutes beyond the scheduled time. If this should happen we will notify you right away and offer additional appointment times. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in this regard.
